(Not so) black swan

I'm going to see the 'Black Swan' at the movies.

Since I don't have a picture of a black swan yet, I give you a stretching-his-wings white swan :)

Question: How is a female swan called in greek?!?

Bird is the word!

The journey across the beautiful island of Andros continues...

This beach is located close to Chora, the capital of the island.

Geese and a pair of swans are swimming in a pond close to the sea. There are also some ducks, but they were too shy to have their picture taken. I'm not sure if the water in the pond is salty or not.

In the middle and a bit on the right handside of the photo you can (barely) see a light house.

Swans in Kielce

 

Those could be seen in a central park of Kielce, Poland, where people usually have their walk. Beautiful creatures.
